As a fully trained Mental Health First Aid Instructor, trained by Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England, I offer a comprehensive training programme within organisations to help employees recognise mental health conditions and support colleagues through difficult times.

As a quality assured instructor member I am approved by MHFA to deliver Adult MHFA, keeping people safe and suported as they learn.

Our 2-Day Adult MHFA Course

Our course equips your staff to recognise and intervene early on mental health issues, signposting for the earliest possible recovery.

A 2-day course combining a mix of group activities, presentations, and discussions.


Each delegate will be qualified as an MHFA accredited first aider.

Building practical and interpersonal skills, to recognise and spot mental health issues and provide guidance to appropriate support.

This version of the course provides a platform for an inclusive learning experience and flexibility on delivery over a time period that suits you. This course structure offers:

  • Collective approach with group learning.
  • 4 Instructor-led live sessions.
  • Three years of access to the MHFAider Support App® with 24/7 digital support
  • All hosted on the MHFA Online Learning Hub.
  • All participates will still be fully certified as Mental Health First Aiders.

Each attendee will learn invaluable skills, increasing knowledge and confidence to support their own and other peoples mental health, both remotely and face-to-face.

  • Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is the mental health equivalent of physical first aid.

    Mental Health First Aid is an educational course which teaches people how to identify, understand and help a person who may be developing a mental health issue. In the same way as we learn physical first aid, Mental Health First Aid teaches you how to recognise those crucial warning signs of mental ill health.


  • Our training provides participants with the skills and confidence to recognise the signs and symptoms of common mental health issues and effectively guide a person towards the right support. As well as:

    • Collective approach with group learning.
