Andy's delivery was very good, personable and knowledgeable. The course felt like a safe space and we were able to build rapport with the group. Everyone should do this course to grow awareness in their own personal life but also to share with their teams.

The course was delivered at a great pace, with enough breaks and enough time for digesting the information provided and for self learning. The techniques and attitudes expounded throughout the course make me feel well equipped to be a proactive and competent MHFS.

I feel more confident in addressing mental health issues in my role now as someone who can signpost people to accessing help and support. It was really valuable the emphasis that was placed on looking after your own mental health so that you can help when needed.

Working in HR you already have a good understanding of mental health issues as a number the cases you deal with every day are mental health related. However, I found the more in-depth sessions on the various disorders very informative and interesting. Have already recommended the course to a number of HR colleagues.

This was some of the very best training I have done in nearly 30 years of working in the NHS. The resources, group learning and facilitating by the hosts are all excellent. The course has made a complex and somewhat daunting area accessible and manageable.

It was so good to be able to attend a course where the instructors were so passionate and knowledgeable. I would encourage every nurse and any NHS professional and employee to attend. I would like to thank Andy, there haven’t been many (any?!) courses that I’ve been on where I’ve wished it could continue.
